PREPARE FOR TRAINING
Logging into E-Learn
Students are required to log into the eLearning platform prior to attending their course. Access to the eLearning platform, including the foundation module, will be provided 14 days before the course start date or upon receipt of payment—whichever occurs first—and this is considered course commencement.
If you have not received your login details, please contact our team. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with the eLearning platform before training, as completing the foundation module will help ensure a smooth and confident learning experience.
Axiom Foundation Module
Once logged in, new students are required to complete the Foundation Module. This module helps you become familiar with the tasks, assessments, and systems you will use throughout your training and must be completed before attending your course. If you experience any issues at this stage, please contact our team for support.
Students will also need to download materials for their training. These will be provided during the course preparation on our E-Learn site.
Accessing Your Course
You will gain access to your course, including the Foundation Module, 14 days before the face-to-face or Zoom session or upon receipt of payment—whichever occurs first. This access is considered course commencement.
As you complete tasks and knowledge tests, your progress status will update to show where you are up to in the course. Once a task is completed, it will be marked in green. All course materials are available in the eLearning platform for review at any time.
Trainers are automatically notified whenever a student uploads completed tasks.
Online Training – Zoom Link
If you are completing your training online, you will receive a Zoom link two days prior to your course start date. If you do not receive this link, please contact our team. Please note that the link will only become active once your trainer enables access at the commencement of the session.
Face-to-Face Training – Location Details
The location details for your face-to-face training will be emailed to you once your enrolment has been processed. Please take time to familiarise yourself with the location and make any necessary arrangements in advance. Free parking is available at our Somersby location.
Dress Code
Please wear casual, comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes for all training sessions. For students completing Certificate III courses or any Wet Units, the following personal protective equipment (PPE) is also required:
Safety glasses
Steel-capped boots
Ear protection
Safety glasses, ear protection, and hi-visibility vests are available on-site if you do not have your own.
Kitchen
Enjoy our spacious kitchen with a microwave, fridge, tea, coffee, and dairy milk—alternative milk types are available on request. A food truck visits around 10:45 am, or several takeaway options are close by.
Nearby Accommodation
A range of accommodation options is available just 5 minutes from the training facility and within walking distance of Gosford train station. Trainers who travel typically stay at Gosford RSL accommodation.
