FEES AND REFUNDS
- Course Fees and Payments
- At Axiom Compliance Learning, we are committed to transparent pricing and clear information so students and fee payers understand costs and payment arrangements before enrolling.
- All course fees, administration charges, materials fees, and any additional costs are published on our website and in individual course brochures.
- Original issued Certificates and Statements of Attainment are included in course fees.
- Cooling-Off Period
- A student may withdraw from their enrolment within 10 business days following confirmation of enrolment, provided no training or assessment has commenced.
- Requests must be submitted in writing to student@axiomcompliance.com.au.
- Business Entity–Funded Training
- Some courses may be undertaken under a business entity–funded training arrangement.
- In these cases:
- Training and assessment fees are paid directly by a company or sole trader
- Fees are invoiced to the business entity under a commercial arrangement
- No course fees are payable by the student
- Acceptance of the commercial arrangement will occur through payment of the invoice or the training commencement date. Relevant fee and refund information is made available to the business entity before payment on the invoice, and links are included in the invoice email.
- Refunds and fee liability for business entity–funded training are managed in accordance with the commercial arrangement and this Fees and Refunds Policy.
- Commercial Agreement (business entity–funded training arrangement) – Fees, Withdrawal and Liability
- Where training is undertaken under a business entity–funded training arrangement, the business entity (including a company or sole trader) enters into a commercial agreement with Axiom Compliance Learning for the payment of training and assessment fees on behalf of the student.
- Acceptance of this commercial agreement occurs when the invoice is paid or the training commencement date, whichever occurs first.
- The following conditions apply under this commercial agreement:
- Withdrawal after the cooling-off period results in forfeiture of the administration fee.
- Withdrawal after the training commencement date results in liability for the full course fee, including any outstanding fees.
- Course commencement is defined as the point at which the student is provided access to training materials, the foundation module, and assessment activities.
- Course Fees Paid by the Student
- Where students pay their own course fees, Axiom complies with all prepaid fee requirements under the Standards for RTOs 2025.
- No more than $1,500 is collected from an individual student prior to course commencement
- If the total course fee is less than $1,500, full payment is required before commencement
- Course commencement occurs when access to training materials, the foundation module, and assessment activities is provided. For Axiom courses, this is when eLearn portal login details are issued approximately 14 days before the scheduled face-to-face or Zoom training session.
- Deposits and Payment Options
- Course fees and administration charges are detailed in each course brochure
- Split payments or payment plans may be available for selected qualifications with clustered delivery (details provided in course brochures)
- Refunds
- Refunds may be approved in the following circumstances:
- Overpayment of fees
- Axiom cancels or terminates the course
- Withdrawal after the cooling-off period results in forfeiture of the administration fee.
- Withdrawal after the training commencement date results in liability for the full course fee, including any outstanding fees.
- Withdrawal due to illness or extreme hardship (evidence required)
- Axiom does not deliver the agreed services
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing (email accepted) to student@axiomcompliance.com.au
- Consumer Guarantees
- Axiom guarantees that training and assessment services are:

- Where these guarantees are not met, students may be entitled to a refund, additional training, or other remedies through our Complaints and Appeals process.
- NSW Smart and Skilled Students
