Employer Collaboration

Axiom supports employers
Employer Enablement and Workplace Collaboration
Axiom works with employers by providing the tools, resources, and guidance needed to assist employees throughout their training journey and to support the completion of workplace activities in a structured and supported way.
Axiom supports employers by providing, on request, video tutorials for an allocated in-house workplace support person. These tutorials support an induction to Axiom’s systems, ensuring employers understand how the platform operates and how to assist employees undertaking training, while ensuring student confidentiality and privacy are maintained at all times.
This structured approach enables employers to provide practical, day-to-day assistance, such as supporting the planning of workplace activities, encouraging engagement, and helping employees access available support when needed.
By being appropriately informed and engaged, employers are better positioned to: • Support timely progress and course completion • Plan workloads and workplace activities around training requirements • Maintain knowledge of training milestones without breaching privacy • Support meaningful outcomes from their investment in employee development • Reduce the risk of delayed or incomplete outcomes due to a lack of awareness or support
Employer induction and video tutorials cover:
• How to navigate Axiom’s eLearning platform • How employees access learning and assessment materials • How to view and understand learner progress and engagement reports (where the employee has provided consent) • How employees access Axiom student support sessions, including Zoom support and scheduled support days • Workplace tasks required for assessment and how these are submitted • Understanding workplace tasks and how workdays may be scheduled to allow employees access to required equipment, tools, and workplace conditions • How to contact the employee’s trainer • How to access the Student Handbook to understand student rights and responsibilities • How to navigate Axiom Compliance Learning’s website
This collaborative approach recognises that, while employees remain responsible for their own learning, employers benefit from having clear knowledge and structured involvement, enabling them to better support their team members and achieve successful outcomes from their investment in workforce development.
Please note: Employers are not provided access to an employee’s individual eLearning account. All information shared with employers is subject to student consent and privacy requirements, ensuring confidentiality is maintained while enabling meaningful workplace support.
